About Thomas Klasmeier

I’m Thomas Klasmeier, a metrologist and engineer. I run a company, specialized in precise temperature measurement. Together with my team, I have built an accredited calibration laboratory and a manufactory for high-end thermometers. I also share insights and expertise in my metrology blog about thermometers at klasmeier.engineer.

At the same time, I’m a globetrotter and photographer. I’ve traveled 40+ countries across all seven continents - including Antarctica - climbed mountains, and captured the world and its people through my camera.
